Terms of Service.

Who we are

AGENT I.D. is operated by Molon Labe Design Group, Inc., an Illinois corporation ("we", "us"). These Terms are an agreement between you and Molon Labe Design Group, Inc. By creating an account, buying a plan or using an AGENT I.D. profile, you agree to these Terms.

Your account

You must give us accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login private and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us right away at hello@agentid.pro if you think someone else has accessed it. You must be at least 18 to buy a plan.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Break any law or help anyone else break one
• Pretend to be someone else or misstate a license, credential or affiliation
• Post content that is false, misleading, defamatory, hateful, harassing or that infringes anyone's rights
• Send spam or use your profile for scams or phishing
• Upload malware, probe or overload our systems, or scrape the service
• Resell or sublicense the service without our written permission

Your content is your responsibility

You are solely responsible for everything you put on your profile, including text, photos, logos, reviews, testimonials, license numbers, credentials and links. You confirm you have the right to use it and that it is accurate. Our Content Policy is part of these Terms.

Our right to suspend or remove profiles

We may review, edit for formatting, hide, suspend or remove any profile or content, with or without notice, if we believe it breaks these Terms or the Content Policy, creates legal risk, or harms other people or the service. Where it makes sense, we will tell you why and give you a chance to fix the problem.

Intellectual property

The AGENT I.D. platform, software, designs, templates, logos and brand belong to us or our licensors. These Terms do not give you any ownership of them. You keep ownership of your content. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy, display, format and share your content as needed to run your profile and the service, and to show your public profile when someone taps or scans your products. This license ends when your content is removed, except for routine backups and copies others have already saved, such as contact cards.

NFC and QR products

Physical products such as cards, tags and stands work with most modern phones, but we cannot guarantee that every phone, case or setting will read them. Customized products are made to your order. Delivery dates are estimates. If a product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will repair or replace it. Refunds are covered in our Billing and Refunds policy.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise the service will be uninterrupted or error free, or that it will bring you any particular business result.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims, losses and costs (including reasonable attorney fees) that come from your content, your use of the service or your breaking these Terms.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with a new "Last updated" date, and for material changes we will give notice by email or in your account before they take effect. If you keep using the service after that, you accept the new Terms.

Termination

You can stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or if we stop offering the service. Sections that by their nature should survive, such as ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law, survive termination.

Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in DuPage County, Illinois, and you and we agree to the jurisdiction of those courts.
