What can go on an AGENT I.D. profile, and how to report a problem.

Last updated: October 21, 2026

You are responsible for your content

Everything on your profile is your responsibility, including reviews, testimonials, photos, logos, license numbers, credentials and awards. Only post reviews that are real and that you have permission to share, photos you own or are licensed to use, and claims you can back up.

Licensed professionals

If you are a licensed professional, such as a doctor, nurse, dentist, real estate broker or agent, contractor, insurance agent or financial advisor, you must keep your license numbers, credentials, titles, brokerage or firm names and any required disclosures accurate and current. Remove anything that is no longer true, such as an expired license. You are responsible for following the advertising rules of your licensing board and industry.

Marketing, not advice

Profiles are marketing pages created by our clients. Nothing on a profile is medical, legal, financial, real estate or other professional advice from AGENT I.D., and we do not verify the licenses, credentials or claims clients post. Visitors should confirm credentials with the appropriate licensing body.

No patient health information

Do not post protected health information or any information that identifies a patient, including names, photos, testimonials or case details, unless you have the written authorization the law requires. AGENT I.D. is not designed to store or handle patient health information.

Prohibited content

Report and takedown

To report a profile or content, email hello@agentid.pro with the profile link, what the problem is, and, for a copyright or trademark claim, proof that you own the rights or are authorized to act for the owner. We review reports promptly. We may hide content while we review it, ask the client to fix it, or remove it. The client may reply with their side, and we may restore content that we decide does not break this policy. Repeat or serious violations can lead to account suspension or termination under our Terms of Service.
