Billing and Refunds.

Two simple plans. Clear renewal terms. Easy cancellation.

Annual plans: auto-renew until you cancel

There are two annual rates:

Introductory Rate: $99 per year. If you join at the introductory rate, your rate stays locked at $99 for as long as your membership stays active, even after the regular rate takes effect.
Regular Rate: $199 per year. Applies to members who join after the introductory rate ends. We may end the introductory rate for new signups at any time.

Both annual plans renew automatically every year until you cancel. When you sign up, we show you your rate and the renewal terms before you pay and ask you to agree to them. Each year your saved payment method is charged your annual rate (plus any applicable tax) on your renewal date unless you cancel first. If your renewal price ever changes, we will tell you before it applies.If you cancel or let your plan lapse: if you joined at the introductory rate and cancel or let your plan lapse, then rejoin later, the rate in effect at the time you rejoin applies, and the $99 introductory rate is not restored.

Reminder before renewal: we email you a reminder at least 30 days and no more than 60 days before each renewal, with the renewal date, the amount and how to cancel.
Easy online cancellation: you can cancel anytime in your account under Billing, with no phone call required. You can also email hello@agentid.pro. Canceling stops future renewals. Your profile stays active until the end of the year you already paid for.

These terms are meant to comply with the Illinois Automatic Contract Renewal Act.

Refunds

You can request a refund within 30 days of purchase. Email hello@agentid.pro with your name and order details. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

Customized physical NFC products are non-refundable once they have shipped. If a customized product has shipped, we refund the plan payment minus the price of the shipped products.
Requests made more than 30 days after purchase, and Annual renewal charges after the first year, are not refundable, but you can cancel anytime to stop the next renewal.
Damaged or defective products are repaired or replaced as described in our Terms of Service.

Taxes and payment processing

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Sales tax is added where required. Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor; we do not store your full card number.
