Who we are

AGENT I.D. is operated by Molon Labe Design Group, Inc. This policy covers our website, your AGENT I.D. profile, and our NFC and QR products.

What we collect

• Profile information: what you add to your profile, such as your name, photo, title, company, phone, email, links, service areas, reviews and license details. Public profile content is visible to anyone who taps, scans or visits it.
• Login information: your email, password (stored in hashed form) and basic account and security records.
• Saved contact downloads: when a visitor saves your contact card, we record that a download happened.
• Analytics: taps, scans, page views and button clicks on profiles, plus general technical data such as device type, browser, approximate location from IP address, referring page and time of visit.
• Payments: payments are handled by a third-party payment processor. We do not receive or store your full card number. We keep records of what you bought, when, and the amount.
• Messages: anything you send us, such as support emails or forms.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar tools to keep you logged in, remember settings, protect the service and measure how pages and profiles are used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, but some features, such as logging in, may stop working.

How we use information

• Run, host and display your profile
• Show you tap, scan and view analytics for your profile
• Process orders and payments and ship products
• Send account, billing and renewal notices
• Provide support and answer requests
• Keep the service secure and prevent fraud and abuse
• Improve the service
• Meet legal obligations

We do not sell your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with service providers who help us run the service (such as hosting, email and payment processing) under confidentiality obligations, when the law requires it, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger or sale of the business.

How long we keep it

We keep account and profile information while your account is active. After you close your account, we delete or anonymize it within a reasonable time, except records we must keep for tax, accounting, legal or security reasons, and routine backups that are overwritten on a regular schedule. Analytics may be kept in aggregated form that does not identify you.

Deletion and data requests

You can edit most profile information in your account. To ask for a copy of your information, a correction, or deletion of your account and data, email hello@agentid.pro from the email on your account. We will verify your request and respond within 45 days. We will not treat you differently for making a request.

Children

AGENT I.D. is not for children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no system is perfectly secure.

Updates to this policy

When we change this policy, we post the new version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. For material changes, we will also notify you by email or in your account.
